A recipe is one possible path. Inspect its unlock method, discipline rating and any account limits. A price quote cannot tell you whether your account can craft an item today.
Plan the components you actually need.
Use the planner for its supported ascended materials and vision crystals. Enter finished components you already own as well as raw materials. Complete equipment recipes can require additional parts outside this catalog.
